Exterior
Exterior 360
Clients walk around your building like in a game — before it is built.
An interactive 360 panorama around your building. The buyer opens a link in a browser, rotates the view from every angle with the mouse, switches between points — and uses VR mode on Meta Quest headsets. Ideal for off-plan pre-sales, remote demos and online brochures.
The problem
Drawings don't open doors. A walk around the building does.
The developer shows the facade, the buyer nods and leaves to think it over. A static image doesn't convey the space from every angle, doesn't show the materials in the light, doesn't let the buyer explore on their own. The decision is postponed.
An interactive 360 panorama turns the facade into a space the client moves through with a mouse or a VR headset. Buyers explore the building from every angle, with the same materials and surroundings they will see in person — and make a decision.
Why this service
Three reasons clients choose Elegant Render.
Confidence through experience
The buyer steps into the space with a mouse and examines materials, dimensions and lighting on their own. Nobody has to explain the perspective to them.
Remote presentations
You send a link, the buyer opens the panorama on a phone or a VR headset — no installation, no account.
Cheaper than a physical model
A full 3D model and an interactive panorama for $389. A physical scale model of the same building costs many times more and cannot be changed when the architect changes a material.
Demo
Open the panorama — click and drag to look around.
The demo shows the exact interaction your buyer will have: rotation in every direction, transitions between viewpoints, and VR mode on supported devices.
Also opens in VR mode on Meta Quest devices
Pricing
Transparent pricing. No guesswork.
The base price covers building the 3D model and the first final render. Every additional angle from the same model is dramatically cheaper — because the model is already there.

FAQ
The questions that directly shape a buying decision.
How does the client open the panorama?
We send a link and an embed code. The client opens it in a browser — no installation, no account. It works on phones, computers and Meta Quest VR headsets (VR mode is built into the panorama).
What exactly does the €335 price include?
A full 3D model of the building and the first interactive, VR-ready 360 panorama. Each additional viewing point from the same side of the model: $59. A point requiring an unseen side: $69 (one-off). For 5+ additional points: $69 per point.
How is it different from a classic render?
A classic exterior render ($289) is one image from one angle. A 360 panorama ($389) is an interactive view the client moves through on their own — a 360° view from a point, with the option of adding more points per building.
Does it work in a VR headset?
Yes. The panorama is VR-ready as standard — Meta Quest and compatible headsets open it straight from the browser, with no extra app.
How long does it take?
We send the first draft of the panorama in 3-5 working days from estimate confirmation and receipt of the architectural drawings. Three revision rounds are included.
What do I need to send to get started?
Architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) in PDF or DWG format. Optional: a facade material specification, photos of the location for context.
Ready to visualize your project?
Send us your drawings and we return a precise estimate no later than the next working day.
