3D floor plans

A spatial 3D floor plan buyers understand at first glance.

An attractive 3D spatial view of the floor plan with furniture, labels and colors. The strongest format for agency listings — buyers see the layout and each room's purpose without reading technical symbols. $39 covers one level; an identical floor (duplicated with label changes) costs only $19 — 66% cheaper.

The problem

A technical floor plan scares buyers. A 3D view attracts them.

A buyer opens a listing with a 2D technical floor plan — lines, labels, symbols for windows and doors. They have to spend a minute just working out where the kitchen is. The next listing has a 3D view with furniture — and the buyer clicks to call.

The 3D spatial view shows the layout from a bird's-eye perspective with furniture in the right places, floor materials and wall colors. Buyers see a home, not a diagram — and the decision starts from first contact.

Why this service

Three reasons clients choose Elegant Render.

Buyers understand without technical background

No symbol reading — buyers see the rooms, furniture and flow. The listing attracts serious calls; casual ones drop off.

Fast listing material

$39, first draft in 1-3 working days. Directly usable in listings, brochures and presentations.

Several unit types for less

An identical floor (duplicate): only $19 — a 66% discount. A building with 4 unit types gets a complete listing series for $69.

Pricing

Transparent pricing. No guesswork.

The base price covers building the 3D model and the first final render. Every additional angle from the same model is dramatically cheaper — because the model is already there.

FAQ

The questions that directly shape a buying decision.

What exactly do I get for €29?

One level as an attractive 3D spatial view with the room layout, labels, furniture and materials. An identical floor (duplicated with label changes): $19 (66% discount). Adding furniture: +$19. Design option (same layout, different furniture): +$9.

How is it different from an interior render?

An interior render ($199 per floor) shows a room at eye level — as if you were standing inside. A 3D floor plan is a bird's-eye view of the whole floor with the roof removed — you see the layout, not the room. Different purposes; they are often ordered together for a brochure.

When should I choose 3D over 2D?

For agency listings, brochures and client presentations where the buyer is not an architect — 3D wins. For regulatory procedures, contracts or technical annexes the 2D version ($29) follows the industry standard.

Can I order it with or without furniture?

Both. Without furniture is the standard option. With furniture: +$19. A design option (same layout, different furniture — useful for buyer A/B tests): +$9.

Do you do multiple floors of a building?

Yes. Two levels (duplex): $59. Each additional level: $19. An identical floor (duplicated with label changes): only $19 — 66% discount.

How long does it take?

We send first drafts in 1-3 working days from estimate confirmation and receipt of the technical drawings. Three revision rounds are included.
