AI credits: 1 credit = 2 units. Files are retained for 30 days. The first generation always uses credits; after a completed generation, the user receives 1 free repeat generation while the edit type stays the same.

- Wall color change (wall_color_change): Quick wall color change with a color picker and extra instructions. Uses 0.5 credits. simple, mask supported, colour selection.
- Virtual staging (virtual_staging): Adds furniture and decor to an empty or sparsely furnished room. Uses 1 credit. complex, mask supported, style options.
- Furniture/decor insertion or replacement (object_insertion): Adds or replaces furniture, decor, lighting, plants, artwork or appliances while matching perspective, light and shadows. Uses 1 credit. complex, mask supported, requires a reference image.

## FAQ
- **How long does one render take?** For standard projects — say, a single-room interior — first drafts arrive within 3 to 5 working days. For larger projects you get an exact timeline with the quote, before any work starts.
- **Does the price include revisions?** Yes. While the industry standard is 1–2 rounds, we include 3 revision rounds in the base price. We want you fully happy with the result.
- **What materials should I send you?** Floor plans (2D or PDF), photos of the current state, and style or mood references are the most useful. The order form lets you upload everything at once.
- **Do you issue invoices and work under contract?** Yes. Elegant Render is part of White Rook DOO and operates under EU-compatible invoicing. Every project comes with proper documentation.
- **What if my project is bigger than usual?** For residential buildings and large development projects we apply progressive discounts — for example on repeated apartment types. Send us an inquiry and you'll get a precise calculation.
