- **How long does one render take?** For standard projects — say, a single-room interior — first drafts arrive within 3 to 5 working days. For larger projects you get an exact timeline with the quote, before any work starts.
- **Does the price include revisions?** Yes. While the industry standard is 1–2 rounds, we include 3 revision rounds in the base price. We want you fully happy with the result.
- **What materials should I send you?** Floor plans (2D or PDF), photos of the current state, and style or mood references are the most useful. The order form lets you upload everything at once.
- **Do you issue invoices and work under contract?** Yes. Elegant Render is part of White Rook DOO and operates under EU-compatible invoicing. Every project comes with proper documentation.
- **What if my project is bigger than usual?** For residential buildings and large development projects we apply progressive discounts — for example on repeated apartment types. Send us an inquiry and you'll get a precise calculation.

- **How do I know which service I need?** Send us photos, a floor plan or a short description of your goal. Based on that we suggest the most logical service and a price range.
- **Are the prices final?** The page shows starting prices. The final price depends on scope, number of views, level of detail and input materials.
- **How many revision rounds are included?** Three revision rounds are included in the base price of every service, unless the scope of the project changes.
- **Do you only work locally?** Elegant Render delivers across Europe and beyond. The entire process — from estimate to final files — runs online through your project portal.

### AI Studio
- **Does AI Studio produce a 3D render?** No. AI Studio edits existing photographs. If the space doesn't exist yet or you need a fully controlled architectural view, a classic render is the better choice.
- **When should I use a mask?** Use a mask when you want the edit to affect only part of the image: a larger object, a specific wall, part of the floor or one zone of the room.
- **What is the difference between staging, renovation and redesign?** Staging adds furniture to an empty space. Renovation changes the materials and elements of the space. Redesign changes the style and atmosphere of an existing room.
- **When do I use furniture/decor insertion or replacement?** When you have a photo of the space and separate images of a specific piece of furniture, decor, lighting, plant, artwork or appliance. You can add several angles of the same model/color/material, and for replacement you mark the existing piece with a mask.
- **Can I process a result again?** Yes. A result can become the new input image for a small correction or further editing. If you continue the same edit type, the system currently allows one free retry.
- **What if the edit fails?** If the system fails to complete the edit, the charged credits are returned to your AI Studio balance. If the result isn't good enough, continue editing from the result and use the available free retry for the same edit type.
- **How long are files available?** AI Studio files are stored for 30 days. During that period you can download the result from your history or use it as a new input image.
- **Do I get an invoice for credit purchases?** Yes. Elegant Render is part of White Rook DOO and issues proper documentation for credit purchases based on the buyer's details.
